Alpha USA is going on its first official Training Tour. This is for all experience levels and represents every part of the church. Find a city near you and recruit your team to attend. You wont want to miss this unique opportunity!
Everyone will receive specialized training from our USA National Team including multiple workshops: “Alpha 101-Running the Course”, or “Alpha 201- Growing your course by repairing common mistakes.” PLUS, all who attend will experience the NEW Alpha Youth Series over lunch, bolster our confidence in inviting guests, and explore Prayer on Alpha.
This is an interactive day to help you LAUNCH and GROW your Alpha!
TRAINING BREAKOUTS INCLUDE:
ALPHA 101: RUNNING THE COURSE: is for those newer to Alpha (1-3 times). It will help you get your Alpha launched effectively by looking at what Alpha is, the key components of each Alpha, hosting and retaining guests, and leading an effective Alpha small group.
ALPHA 201: is for Alpha veterans (4 or more times). It will help you take your Alpha to the next level by focusing on 5 ways to Expand the Culture of your Alpha, Repair your Alpha by avoiding the 7-Common Mistakes, and Enhancing the Guest Experience by looking at tough group scenarios and how to handle them.
EVERYONE WILL EXPERIENCE:
NEW ALPHA YOUTH SERIES: Over lunch, all attendees will enjoy a delicious meal while participating in an expedited session of the New Alpha Youth Series. It will be a time of food, friendship, and fun! For many this is one of the highlights of the day. There will be break time before the rest of the trainings begins.
CREATING A CULTURE OF INVITATION: This section will help people overcome the fear of invitation, explore ways that the church can help, and identify people who are most likely to say yes to your invitation.
PRAYER MINISTRY: We will learn the Alpha Ministry model including the Principles and Practical steps that take place during the Alpha Day/Weekend. We will end in prayer for each other, our future guests, and the courses ahead.
